This week on the DC, we get one of the most interesting episode titles yet. If you miss it, I think Sig ends up saying it around 5 times. I once got in a fight with a midget who offered me the same choices. I went with slap in the face because I figured while he was getting a step ladder to climb up and slap me, I could sneak up behind him and beat him with my wiffle ball bat. Deadliest Catch – Lockout
Well it appears out of all the episodes to miss last weeks was the best one. I was able to watch it before “Lockout” started and realized I didn’t miss all that much. Deadliest Catch – Payback time!
The 2009 opilio crab season is beginning. It’s winter in the Bering Sea and this is when Deadliest Catch is at its deadliest. For those of you who are on your first season of the Catch, this is the time of year in the Bering Sea where the ocean is at its roughest, the winds are at their strongest, and the weather is at its coldest. As the water and rain hit the boat it freezes to the entire outside of the ship. Even the ocean spray freezes immediately to the pots and the deck. You will see the crews constantly hammering ice off the ships because as we all know when water freezes, much like me after a Vegas buffet, it gets damn heavy.
Deadliest Catch – Down to the Wire
We are in the final week of the king crab season and the boats are all scrambling to make their quotas before the market prices drop too low. The Time Bandit finished up last week, meeting their quota. The rest of the fleet has one last week to get on the crab.
