They have some amazing slices there. On one of my trips north, I am going to have to go on the quest for the holy grail of cakes. Its a Danish cake called an Othello cake. Marzapan, Chocolate, Jam, whip cream. I haven’t had it since I was a kid, and have not had anything like it since. I heard it might be available in Solvang. If I find it, I will definitely post it.
